Cancel Anytime
No contracts, no commitments. Cancel your subscription anytime through your account portal or by emailing us. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Skip a Month
Going on vacation or don’t need a box this month? No problem. Skip any upcoming shipment through your account before the 5th of the month.
Billing & Shipping
Your subscription renews automatically each month. Billing occurs on the 1st, and boxes ship around the 10th. Free shipping on all Prairie and Homestead boxes; Seed Boxes ship free on orders over $50.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your box, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right, whether that’s a replacement, credit, or refund on that month’s box.
Frequently Asked Questions
When does my first box ship?
Orders placed before the 5th of the month ship that same month (around the 10th). Orders placed after the 5th ship with the following month’s box.
Can I switch between box tiers?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time through your account. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Shipping times are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Are the seeds really heirloom?
Yes! Every seed we sell is open-pollinated, non-GMO, and heirloom. We grow the majority of our seeds and carefully source additional heirlooms, testing and packing everything on our Kansas homestead using permaculture practices.
What if I receive damaged seeds?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your box and we’ll send a replacement at no charge. We stand behind the quality of every seed and bag of coffee we ship.
