At Autumn Prairie Pumpkins, your satisfaction matters to us. We are a small family farm in Newton, Kansas, and we stand behind every seed packet and bag of coffee we sell.
Seeds
Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of seeds, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Coffee
If your coffee arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns of opened bags.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@autumnprairiepumpkins.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
