The Kansas-roasted originals come in 8 oz bags: Prairie Sunrise (light), Prairie Blaze (bold medium), French Roast (dark), a water-processed Decaf, and a seasonal Pumpkin Pie Spice. The sourced Harvest line, craft-roasted in Missouri, comes in 12 oz bags: Harvest Moon (smooth medium), Flint Hills (bold dark, whole bean), Harvest Dusk (sugarcane-process decaf), and First Frost (bright espresso roast). A few nod to autumn, but most are simply built for everyday mornings, all year round.
