Shipping Policy

Physical orders ship from Newton, Kansas via USPS. Digital products are delivered electronically as described on their product pages.

Processing time

In-stock seed and soap orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Coffee follows the schedule below. Preorders and items with a stated dispatch date follow the date on their product page. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking when a tracked shipment is dispatched.

Seed packets

Seed packets normally ship with tracked USPS Ground Advantage. The service used depends on the order and the shipping option shown at checkout. Typical delivery is 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Seeds ship year-round.

Coffee

Coffee is roasted in small batches by our roasting partners and ships weekly. Orders placed by Wednesday typically ship by Friday of the same week. Coffee ships via USPS Priority Mail, with typical delivery in 2-3 business days.

Shipping rates

Seed orders of $30 or more qualify for free shipping. Coffee ships at the paid rate shown at checkout. Shipping rates for other orders are calculated based on weight, destination, and product type. Available shipping choices and any destination-specific charges are shown before payment.

Mixed orders and delays

If an order contains items with different processing times, allow for the longest stated processing time unless a separate shipment is confirmed. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. Carrier transit times are estimates. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you about the delay and your options, including a refund for unshipped merchandise.
