Our Story
Started with a seed packet and a Kansas dream
Autumn Prairie Pumpkins began in a Newton, Kansas backyard. What started as a handful of heirloom pumpkin seeds—planted on a whim, nurtured with care—grew into something bigger than we ever imagined.
We’re Christopher and family, and we believe that the best food comes from the ground you walk on. Our heirloom pumpkin seeds are open-pollinated, hand-selected varieties chosen for flavor, resilience, and beauty. Every seed we sell is a seed we grow ourselves, right here on our small Kansas farm.
Why coffee?
Because every morning on the farm starts with a good cup. Our small-batch prairie coffee is roasted right here in Kansas with the same care we put into our seeds. It’s the taste of a Kansas morning, shipped to your door.
What we’re building
This isn’t just a shop. We’re building a community around regenerative growing, permaculture principles, and the simple joy of putting something in the ground and watching it thrive. From food forest design to seed saving workshops, we want to help you grow—whether you’ve got 40 acres or a single raised bed.
