Some product launches get a press release. This one got a folding table at the farmers market, where the dark roast sold clean out. That felt like the right way to find out we were onto something, so today we are introducing the Harvest line properly: four new blends, all in 12 oz bags, all on the website now.
Straight talk about where these come from
Our original Prairie blends are roasted in small batches in Kansas, and that is not changing. The Harvest line is different: these four are craft roasted for us in small batches in Missouri by a roaster we trust, then labeled, packed, and shipped from our Newton homestead like everything else we sell. We could have kept that vague. We would rather you know exactly what is in your cart. What the sourced line buys us is range we could not offer before: a true espresso roast, a sugarcane-process decaf, and a bigger bag for households that empty an 8 oz sack faster than the week goes by. All four are 100% Arabica and unflavored. No pumpkin flavor inside. Just honest coffee.

Harvest Moon, smooth medium roast, 12 oz, whole bean or ground

Deep, robust, and full bodied, for mornings that start in the dark. This is the one that sold out at the market, so the listing shows sold out while we wait on the reorder. It is worth the wait. $18.99.
Harvest Dusk, sugarcane-process decaf, whole bean, 12 oz

First Frost, bright espresso roast, 12 oz, whole bean or ground
