Delete your Autumn Prairie shopping account

Use the form below to request deletion of your shopping account and its associated personal information. This is a deletion request, not a request to temporarily deactivate your account.

Enter the email address used for your Autumn Prairie account. We will verify that you control that address before processing the request. Do not send a password, payment card number, or identity document through this form.

We will complete verified requests within 30 days and email you when the work is complete. If we must retain limited records for an order, tax, fraud-prevention, or other legal requirement, we will explain what remains and why.

Deleting your account removes account access and can affect your ability to retrieve previous order downloads. Save purchased PDFs before making this request. It does not cancel or refund an order.

Your garden notebook and saved PDFs are stored on your device. To remove them too, use My Garden → Privacy & support → Clear my garden, and remove books separately in Library. Delete any exported backups wherever you saved them.

Shop and Shop Pay are separate Shopify services. This request concerns your Autumn Prairie account.
