Shipping

We ship all orders from Newton, Kansas. Our goal is to get your seeds and coffee to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Seed orders: Orders placed before 2 p.m. CT Monday through Friday typically ship the same business day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday. All seed packets are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail and usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

Coffee orders: Coffee is roasted in small batches throughout the week and ships within 1 to 3 business days of your order. We use USPS Priority Mail to make sure your coffee arrives fresh.

Free shipping: All seed orders over $25 ship free within the United States. Coffee orders include a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

Order tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Returns and Exchanges

Seeds: Because seeds are a perishable agricultural product, we are unable to accept returns on opened seed packets. If your seeds arrive damaged or you receive the wrong variety, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Coffee: If your coffee arrives damaged or you are not satisfied with your order, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you on a replacement or store credit.

Damaged shipments: If your order arrives damaged in transit, please take a photo and email us at info@autumnprairiepumpkins.com. We will send a replacement at no cost.
