Your growing notebook stays with you

Garden photos, notes, planting plans, seed records, favorites and learning progress are stored on your device. Autumn Prairie does not receive those records. Garden features work without an account. The app has no garden photo upload or cloud synchronization service.

Backups and downloaded books

A garden backup includes its photos and goes to the destination you choose. Exported copies and Apple device backups follow your storage settings. PDFs and reading progress are stored separately in Library. Remove a downloaded book in Library, or clear the garden and its local recovery copy in Privacy & support. These actions do not delete your Shopify account or orders. Without a backup, we cannot recover a lost notebook.

Shopping and website features

The app reads our public catalog and connects to Shopify for sign-in, orders and checkout. Shopify and payment providers process information needed for these services. Website pages and checkout follow our website privacy policy and applicable cookie choices. Services may receive ordinary connection information, including IP address. Garden photos and notes are not attached to shopping requests.

Optional weather, camera and reminders

Weather sends an entered city or ZIP to Apple and corresponding coordinates to the National Weather Service. Camera access is used when you request a photo or packet scan. Saved app photos are resized and stripped of location metadata. Garden reminders are optional local notifications. Photo planning uses conditions you enter and does not upload images for analysis.

Delete your shopping account

Use our dedicated account-deletion form to request deletion of your Autumn Prairie shopping account and associated personal information. We verify your account email, complete verified requests within 30 days, and email confirmation. The form explains any limited records that may need to be retained. Your on-device garden notebook and saved PDFs are managed separately in the app.
